Pair this crunchy seasonal side with chicken or beef from SG Farms for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
2 apples, cored and cut into thin strips
1 large carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Combine the cabbage, apples, and carrot in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss everything together and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.

Lunchbox tip: Pack leftover slaw in a chilled container for a fresh, crunchy side the next day.

Come stock up, enjoy the music, and spend some time with your market community. Thank you for supporting our local farmers, bakers, and makers—we’ll see you at the market!
